Audio Cutter
Keep just the part of a song, recording or podcast you need. Set the start and end, add a fade in or out if you like, and download the clip. Great for ringtones, intros and sharing a highlight.
How to cut audio
- 1Click “Choose audio file” or drag a file onto the page.
- 2Drag the Start and End sliders, or play and click “Use current position”.
- 3Optionally add a fade, then click “Cut audio” and download the clip.
No quality loss
Without fades, the audio is cut without re-encoding, so the clip sounds exactly like the original and keeps its format.
Making a ringtone
Cut a clip of up to 30 seconds and add a short fade out so it doesn't stop abruptly. Android phones can use an MP3 clip as a ringtone directly.
Supported files
MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, and the sound from videos.
