Resize Image
Change the size of photos and graphics in pixels or by percentage, or pick a ready-made size for social media. Resize one image or a whole batch at once.
How to resize an image
- 1Click “Choose images” or drag images onto the page.
- 2Enter a width and height, pick a percentage, or choose a common size.
- 3Click “Resize” and download your images.
Keep proportions, crop or stretch
“Keep proportions” fits the image inside the size you enter without cutting anything off. “Crop to fill” fills the exact size and trims the edges. “Stretch” forces the exact size and can distort the image.
Common sizes
Presets include Instagram square (1080×1080) and portrait (1080×1350) posts, stories (1080×1920), YouTube thumbnails (1280×720) and banners (2560×1440), X headers (1500×500), LinkedIn banners (1584×396), Full HD and 4K.
Sharp results
Images are scaled down in steps with high-quality smoothing, which keeps fine detail crisp instead of jagged.
Frequently asked questions
- Is it free?
- Yes, with no signup and no watermark.
- Are my images uploaded?
- No. Resizing happens in your browser.
- Can I resize many images at once?
- Yes, up to 50, all with the same settings.
- Can I make an image bigger?
- Yes, but enlarging can't add detail, so big enlargements look soft.
- Does it change the file format?
- No. Each image keeps its format (HEIC photos are saved as JPG).
