How to change audio speed or pitch

Speed without chipmunks
Speeding up 1.25× or 1.5× is great for lectures and podcasts; slowing down to 0.75× helps when learning a song or a language. Voices keep their normal pitch.

Each semitone is one step on a piano. Move the pitch to sing along in a comfortable key, or 12 semitones for a full octave.
