How to record your webcam

The preview is mirrored, like looking in a mirror, because that feels natural. The saved video isn't mirrored, so text behind you reads correctly.
File format
Chrome and Edge save WebM or MP4 depending on version, Safari saves MP4 and Firefox saves WebM. “Convert to MP4” makes a WebM recording play everywhere.
